This project encompasses the development of an 18 story mixed use (residential & commercial) building in the luxurious Corniche area of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The building itself includes 2 basement floors, ground floor, and 17 floors above ground, with a total built-up area of over 15,000 Sq. M. This project will house 80 apartment suites, as well as numerous commercial outlets at the ground level.
