Kiawah Island Resorts Ocean Course Clubhouse The Ocean Course hosted the 2007 Senior PGA Championship. The layout is also the venue for the 2012 PGA Championship, the first of golf’s four majors to be held in South Carolina. Situated adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean and 150 feet from the 18th green, the new clubhouse has been designed to augment The Ocean Course’s stature in the game of golf and provide a stage befitting major professional golf events.
