Allergan Compounding Expansion And Medical Plastics Relocation

Project Control services for the construction of a new 4,000 SF “Clean 2000” Compounding Facility addition at the existing Allergan Plant at Waco, Texas. included relocation of a 12,300 SF Medical Plastics production facility also built within the existing plant. To support additional HVAC loads due to the new facility additions, Central Plant upgrades included a new chiller, cooling tower and associated pumps.
